Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your ShareMaster account and associated account data at any time.

How to Request Deletion

After you confirm, your email app will open with a prepared deletion request addressed to MindSafeTech LLC.

What Will Be Deleted

After verification, we will delete or anonymize personal account data associated with your ShareMaster account where required. This may include account profile information, active-device records, and other personal account data connected to the email address you provide.

Some records may be retained where necessary for purchase verification, fraud prevention, security, tax, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some information may remain in backups or logs for a limited period where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or service operations.
